I have a 2015 Jeep renegade that has been the shop going on 3 months now . I called but got no answer or don't about my vehicle. Chrysler Corp is suppose to be trying to get my car repair and back to me. When i took my car to them the girl said it would be $1,600.00 to repair this vehicle. My part was on back order whatever that mean. Now they supposely have the part and my car is still not fix.... Whats up with that. I should not be charge at all because it is a default in this car.... I do need help with this problem. Thaks

Welcome.

At 7 years the car is well out of warranty.
What is the actual problem and what is the part that is on order?
Parts supply issues have been ongoing since the global pandemic.

now i recieved a call saying the part was in but now they have lost the keys to my car, so they have to make a new . Next they have the car but the part does not connect with the car so they are ordering another different part. The car shift from park to neural will not shift in drive. They say my shifter is broken and must be replace with a new one. I think they should have reset the system, what do you think?

they say my gear shift broke and i need a new one. I can only shift from Park to neural. This has never happen to me in any car i have driven before.

Sounds like the same issue we are having we are six months in with no resolution inside, BCM, computer related issues, computer is not communicating with itself
