Jeep been in the shop for 3 months

Chrysler Corp is suppose to be trying to get my car repair and back to me. When i took my car to them the girl said it would be $1,600.00 to repair this vehicle. My part was on back order whatever that mean. Now they supposely have the part and my car is still not fix.... Whats up with that.
