the BU Jeep (Laredo) will be first to market over its stable mate the 500X. The BU Laredo is scheduled for a Geneva release, European summer sale date and then make its way to North America for the fall.

AN Europe:

The Jeep will debut at the Geneva auto show in March and will go on sale in Europe in the summer and in the United States late this year. The 500X will be unveiled at the Paris show in October and will go on sale by the end of the year in Europe and in spring 2015 in the United States.

I believe this is the first time a Jeep has be released globally before America...

well yea, there would be no BU jeep if it wasn't for FIAT. Its the FIAT 500 platform underneath after all. However Jeep does bring its own individual components like the 9 speed ZF and decoupling AWD.

Good to see tons of great products come out from this partnership. Since Fiat operates in other nations do you think we'll see a RHD version of this vehicle?
