Hi All,

Please get your complaint into Jeep customer services now as they have agreed a £150 voucher for all UK late delivered cars to be spent at your dealer for servicing or parts/accessories.

I've had a call from them today but couldnt answer. Wondering if it's for the voucher!!??

Can I ask how long over due your delivery is?
I have been given a delivery date of 30th March.
I'm assuming there's no point in complaining until after this date.
Also did you contact by phone or e mail. I can get a customer service number but not an e mail address. I prefer e mail as its traceable.

You could even call them asking for an email to use.

Ordered mine 27th Jan picked up today, but been in contact with Jeep CS for a few weeks
