Curious for advice!
I recently had my 2015 Rene in for remote lock failure and the infamous squealing brakes but was treated like crap by the service advisor and had to escalate my repairs to jeep customer care because he refused to look for the tsb for the brakes. This was at my jeep/fiat dealer service department.
I currently have more issues happening since pickup so it needs to go back in so should I take it back to the jeep/fiat dealer even though the advisor was a jerk or is it better to find a better service department that's just jeep? I have 3-4 other jeep dealers in my area but just the one fiat dealer. I want to be treated well but I also want it fixed properly. It's just frustrating...
