i found that the tcm plug and play, and k & n air filter changed the performance of my renegade. did not go for the go pedal. no lag , good acceleration through the gears, not looking to do 1/4 mile drag racing, just keep up with the local traffic, which in NJ sometimes is hard to do, lol

So far I am very pleased with how different my Jeep Renegade feels after the time update. But, I'm due for an oil change and will probably ly wait after to install the GoPedal. Feels so much different on the street and the highway. So far I am satisfied. Not looking to do quarter-mile runs. But maybe looking to install border racing asphalt rally coilovers to drop the ride hight a bit. maybe some headers if not an aftermarket turbo. this FWD only is not for dirt roads.

I've just installed the GoPedal and wow! Instant satisfaction. The difference is noticeable. I feel like I barely tap on the gas and it just goes... No matter which setting I pick. On Sport+ mode it throws my head back. I almost want to take my Rene to the track for quarter mile runs just to see the difference on paper or to a dyno and get some proper data. Not much you can do with the 2.4L to keep her street legal but in my opinion, along with the autoflash the combo works great installed in my FWD Latitude. I say the stage 1 power pack from Madness is well worth the money along with the BMC stock air filter replacement (which fits like a glove). Still have to drive her around a bit more in the city and on the highway. But over all I am happy with my purchase.

That instant power is such a great feeling especially when flashy "barstewards" like Merc, BMW drivers etc look at our baby jeeps with disdain only for you and I to look in our rear mirror and see the tears of frustration running down their baby faces as we leave them behind in a cloud of dust.
