I like the look. I have no real need for a 4 door. As long as FCA keeps the wheel base the same (not shorten it) I think it'll sell. I like the Cherokee (XJ) 2 door. This is a smaller version. Jeep should sell it for at least a couple years. Maybe start in the 2016 model year or in 2017 with the "Mid-Cycle Refreshing" per the JEEP 5 year plan.
I've got to agree with you. It is a great opportunity for Jeep. It has a "Sporty" look to it as a 2 door. I would opt for a 2 door Trailhawk. I want the Renegade with a Diesel too, but that ain't happening soon. The Kia Sportage came as a 2 door, but I don't recall it being sold in the US. There was also the Isuzu Rodeo Sport 2 door. Like you said Tony, "It is a great opportunity for Jeep".It looks great as a coupe, I think there's a good market for it even now. For example, the Evoque, there's enough of those coupes out, im sure people who can't afford them would like to have a MUCH cheaper 2 door SUV. Great opportunity for Jeep
