Hi
I went to my jeep service center because I had a transmission issue, every time I would slow down the renegade wanted to speed up so they said we have a software update so I let them put the update when i left now it started to down shift when I slowed down but would not get out of it unless I shift it myself.
so i go back to them again and the tech now took a road test with me and notice the same thing so they said they had to contact jeep so 2 weeks later i drop it off and told them about a few things wrong so they can fix them as well , now i went there on a Saturday and i went and looked at my renegade and saw all the seats with grease stains ( seats are white) cut marks on some of the trims and as well as having a lot of the trims with stuff marks. i then notice they put a dent on the inside of my passenger rear door and they had nothing to say. i am so angry at them at how they have handle my renegade and now they have it in there shop and they don't know when it will be release back to me.
this is the second time they put grease on my seats the first time its when i brought it and i had to pay someone to remove it but they said it will come back now all the seats have grease !!! i asked for them to replace all the seats now
and they would not answer . What should i do about the damage they made jeep is not doing anything to help

update
I had a meeting with the service manager he seemed very nice and sincere he had ordered the trims that was damaged
he ordered a door panel that would not stay in place he is having all the seats cleaned and put scotch guard in the interior
he also said he would put in writing that if the grease stains come back they then will replace all the seats.
the transmission he did say he can't do anything if jeep does not give him a fix to correct the problems so I don't know how that is going to turn out
the dent on the inner part of the door I just don't know because I do not want it painted if they had to , so who knows what is going to happen to that.
I guess I will know sometime next week on all of this I will post once I know more!

thank you all for the support you have given me

Paintless dent repair guys can work wonders. They can get out dents and you can't tell it was ever damaged.

It is nice that the service manager is trying to do the right thing, but seriously, it should have never gotten to that point.
