JeepCACares we are wondering if you could please enlighten us where our Renegade maybe. Our dealership contacted FCA Calgary and could not get any answer from them. We have a VON and VIN and been in JB since June. Please private message if you require the information to assist in your Renegade hunt.

Hi smithk1944,

I'm in a similar situation - I ordered on May 2nd and have been told my Renegade is in the Build - Paint stage since June 8th. (I doubt that is takes 7 weeks to complete the paint job)
And the dealership is no help - simply stating that they have no more info to share with me.

JeepCACares please help!

It is much harder to get a build status in Canada, it seems. My Ottawa dealer does not even know what I mean when I ask him. They do repeat "It will be here, probably, some time in August" however. I would love to know if my TrailHawk is in JB or (I wish) some KZ state!

I'll be stopping by today and ask again.

So I stopped by the dealership instead of calling for a Build Status. This time I got terrific service on my request. I should not ask this of the sales people, but the "sales desk", it appears. My Renegade (that I bought May 15th) is in D1 as of 20 July. It seems my "Premium Group" option I selected was holding it back. But now, at least I have a contact that knows what I want and is quite good at getting to the details. Thanks Sean (in case you read this stuff).

I have learned Canada is usually secondary in the North American market and we just wait for everything. Any luck so far as the PM box is empty.

Regrettably, when attempting to reply to your message, the settings are indicating to me that you are unable to receive PM's. It may be something simple that requires adjustment, please review the settings on your account.

Very strange as it is all enabled in my settings. Any one got any ideas why it is not working?

Okay good to know I'm not the only one having challenges finding out anything from the dealership. :( I ordered mine 11 weeks ago yesterday and was told 2 weeks ago it was being framed and painted - seriously how long does it take? The dealerships standard reply of telling me 6-8 weeks when I ordered was obviously not true. I'd be okay with this long of a wait if I had been told that upfront. It's so frustrating each week that goes by and I know nothing!

I'm in the same situation!!! 13 weeks! Was told 10-12 weeks at time of order. Ordered a white Limited with all available options. Have a VON and VIN! Dealer just keeps saying he has no date for delivery yet.... Have had some luck getting info by calling 1-877-IAMJEEP. Call in and give them your VIN, sometimes they give you info, sometimes they say they don't have info on Canadian orders???? Tonight's update... It's built awaiting installation of additional features.JB status... It should move to KZ IN A FEW DAYS! Not believing the few days thing I've been in JB FOREVER!!! Still hearing something is better than nothing!!

I agree! Hearing something would be nice. I can't believe I have to keep calling the dealership to ask for a status update. I mean when it's past your original estimated date it would be nice if they kept you in the loop I have sent 2 e-mails and left a voicemail this week and heard nothing. That to me is horrible customer service I guess they figure they know they already have our business so it doesn't matter. I'm not one to complain usually. But I just find this so disappointing.

If you can get a VON # or a VIN # then you can call and talk to customer service or I use the customer chat and have been checking weekly. I ordered a limited 4x4 with my sky, 6.5 U connect and towing package. I called last week and was told it is in JB status. It has been in this status for 3 weeks. Hopefully will be in delivery status soon. My order went in on May 1st.

I just found out why we've been in the same status today. The plant is closed for the month of August! Italian summer vacation! So we won't have any progress now until after the month of August looks like September is the earliest we'll hear any updates.
