This will be the third repair I will have to do. Strongly considering exercising lemon law consumer rights since its been 3 strikes now for the same repair. Does anyone have any experience with trying to get a new car or return it after lemon law is in play?

Check state laws, I see 4 tries, and 30 days out of service. It may be different where you are.
