First car I ever owned...

1993 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Edition with I-6, 4” Skyjacker Leaf Spring lift, 33x14.5x15 Mickey Thompson Baja Belted on 15x12 American Racing Wheels. Pioneer CD player, Memphis Audio amp, some random 12” Sub, and a muffler delete with dual exhaust. Doors were off most of the time in the summer. Almost flipped it once coming down a rock ledge, but “when in doubt, power out” saved it! Those were the days!

Here is my current Jeep, don't own the Renegade anymore but I still drive it occasionally, as a matter of fact I drove it the other day. The Renegade is great.

2020 Wrangler Sport S, 3.6L V6, 8 speed automatic.

2015 Renegade Latitude - photo taken shortly before my nephew bought it. 92,000 miles, original brakes (still at 50%). Renegades are great.

Oh man...really missing the Wrangler! Those are looking great! And wow! That’s impressive the brakes lasted that long!

Great to see those old pictures! And great to see you stuck with Jeep all these years!

Awesome! Definitely hard to beat that! We definitely don’t have trails like that around here sadly. Unless I simply never found them!
Just started this forum a week ago or so and it has sparked interest of getting another Wrangler again and building it for the trail. These pictures definitely added fuel to the fire! 😁

What lift do you have on that to be able to achieve that sort of articulation?

Tell me about it...I was building a new Jeep last night online and saw these new lift kits can easily go for $2500-$4000. My old leaf spring Jeep was simple and cost a fraction of this!

Thanks for the info! Glad to know a 4” lift can achieve this.
