Hello Fellow Renegade Enthusiasts,
I'm Dave, known as twospirits on other forums, live in NYC and I work in a NYC Hospital doing programming. Currently, I'm on my second Hyundai Santa Fe and before that was with a car that I dare not speak its name,
but what's funny is that every time I go traveling and rent a vehicle I always rent mostly a Wrangler or a Cherokee at times. Thus Jeep always had a place in my heart. This time around I'm getting close to purchasing another vehicle and have set my sights on the Renegade. Actually to be honest, I first set my sights on the Cherokee, but after finding out about the Renegade, it rose to the top of my list. Ever since, I've been (trying) to read every little thing about it and that's how I found this forum. Pretty neat seeing all the different type of discussions and I'm only 75% through reading all the topics.
As for the Renegade itself, I have yet to see one on the road here in NYC. I did manage to check it out at the Auto show earlier in the month, sat in it in the Jeep course and it confirmed my feelings that it was the vehicle I want. Eventually I'll test drive it as a driver.
Anyway, hope to learn and be a contributor (with questions) in the forum.
