Maximum Tire Size

Just got a white latitude Renegade with 225R5518" tires. Looks good, but wondering what's the maximum tires size that can go on these wheels.

I couldnt find the answer at the other thread. I meant can have wider tires than the P225 tires to go on the 18" wheels?
