Bought my Renegade back in March and about 3 days after I bought it this code came on. I cleared the code and it came back on once since then just went out by itself. Also everytime I add fuel it feels like car is running real rough for a about 5 minutes then goes away. Anyone else expeirencing this?

I had a misfire code when I got my car. Ended up being a loose plug and coil. I tightened both, added dielectric grease to boot and it never came back.

You can always go in for warranty :)

Take it back to the dealer. Sounds like a bad ignition coil.

Just had the dealer tell me that an engine warning was a #1 cylinder code. I've had the TH back two times for a rough idle and engine warning before this with no diagnosis from the dealer. I will get my TH back tomorrow. Hopefully this will get fixed and not recur. At 5500 miles.

There have been reports of a fuel filler vent line loose or disconnected that can apparently cause similar trouble. One thing you could check.
