I've had my 2015 renegade since November, this is my first problem: the driver notification flashes between parksense unavailable and sound system unavailable rendering the driver display useless. Both my camera and the radio still work anyone else had have this problem?

I've had my 2015 renegade since November, this is my first problem: the driver notification flashes between parksense unavailable and sound system unavailable rendering the driver display useless. Both my camera and the radio still work anyone else had have this problem?

I have the same problem now after a rear end incident that resulted in the rear left side bumper sensor being deslocated and got stuck into the bumper, haven't checked the dealership yet, however a lot of features aren't working no more, with the same message perminantly of the drivers display, what could be the reason ?
