I am patiently waiting for my Renegade latitude, but didn't get navigation..., does anyone know if there is a way to get navigation after getting it? Can you add it afterward?

Supposedly, no it can't be done.

However, there are aftermarket products for other vehicles with the UConnect system that supposedly allow realtime video mirroring of a smartphone or tablet to the UConnect screen, and it's anticipated that these products will become available eventually for some or all of the UConnects on Renegades.

Which means you could use your phone or tablet's Google Maps navigation functionality & have that displayed.

I put a ProClip mount on my vent and my phone does the nav work with Waze.
