I have the same issue... Seems they only come with Halogen from the factory now PERIOD. No matter what trim level you get. These have been what I've seen suggested in a few places. I actually just ordered mine for my 2022 Altitude.
(2pcs/set) H13/9008 LED Light Bulbs S2-Series COB 270°/360° Beam 8000LM supposedly they have the Can-Bus Decoder built in so they don't need anything else just plug & play.
