I have a very similar product installed in my vehicle. Installation was surprisingly easy. It's an amazing upgrade from the little Uconnect 5" I had. The kit comes with pretty much all the adapters you need. Although, you will need to buy an adapter if you want the car's USB port to work. I'll link everything below and feel free to ask me any questions. I found my unit open-box on ebay and saved a couple hundred dollars.

Does it work with the steering wheel buttons??

never installed a radio this sophisticated. Usually deal with a simple kenmore block type

The buttons work out of the box and you can re-map them to do other things if you like. I think you'll be fine with the install, I had no experience with radios before installing mine.

Did it work with the factory backup camera?? Was reading reviews and the Q/A and there a lot of stuff from the website that says does not work with factory backup camera

Worked with my 2016 Latitude. It still has the active parking guidelines too. If you buy one, just make sure you plug all the connections in right. Let me know if you have any other questions.
