Hello everyone. I recently purchased a 2017 Renegade Deserthawk. I'm having issues right now with the UConnect service. I've been told that my Jeep can't connect to the services since a recent update was made to get off the 3G network.
Is anyone aware of a way to get this working on a 2017 Renegade?

with the update of 5g from 3g the uconnect system doesn't work I have a 15 TH and my uconnect hasnt worked since purchase but im not sure of any of the features i would use honestly.

Thanks for the quick reply. I've been looking into this, and I found a reference to a T-Mobile 4G adapter that was supposed to provide functionality, but I'm just not clear about it.

As a side-note, should I be able to use Android Auto on this vehicle? The dealer said it was part of Uconnect but I'm not finding anything on that either.

I havent been able to use mine either and it is a 15 is that availble for me?
