Can't help you, because our U.S. nav maps are going to be different than yours.
Just as a comment, £155 seems an awful lot for a nav map update. I just updated the U.S. maps for my Uconnect 4C Nav, and it was just over $100.
When Jeep notified me of the available update, they asked me to check the website included in the e-mail, entering my current version, to make sure I didn't already have the latest update. Did they ask you to do the same?
It's not horribly unusual for map updates not to have all the latest road changes. I did notice my latest update did improve on things...
