Morning all! Purchased a Solar Yellow TrailHawk yesterday outside of Pittsburgh, PA. My first Jeep purchase. It was time to replace my old 03 Elantra GT. Recently came across the Renegade and loved the styling. After driving the Latitude, I was sold. Almost bought a green 4x4 latitude, but it was not inspected yet and it had a strange noise in the upper front drivers side... Almost like something in the vent. So I went home to think about it and ended up noticing the minimal difference that it would cost me to get into a base TrailHawk. I looked at a Yellow, Orange, and white... Left with the Yellow for 1% below invoice. The Yellow really sets off the black. Plus I'm in Steeper Country, so black and yellow can't be a bad thing!

Congrats on the purchase, I'm sure you'll love it!
Btw, that noise that you heard test driving the latitude is one of only two real early recurring problems. It seems as thought the seal on the wind shields of some of the Renegades is bad. It's not limited to just the latitudes though and has been reported on the TH, so if you start hearing a sort of windy noise, try putting some window tape on the windshield and if it goes away, you have a bad seal and need the dealer to order new! Just FYI.
