Purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade back in November. Love the car. Got the Latitude with the 1.4T and 6/Manual. After about 1200 miles had to replace a light bulb in the left day time running lights. Odd, but what ever. Then got in last Wednesday after a trip abroad (car sat for 13 days), and the Washer Fluid would not pump. Found out to access those particular fuses to check, is impossible. Called Dealer scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. Found an update to the UConnect software and decided to apply it. Followed the directions to a T, and when done, the car would not crank or start. All lights/fans/etc on, but no crank. Sat for an hour or so, and it cranked and started.?? twice. Kept the Road Side Assistance Tow appointment, just in case and it started when they came. Dealer claimed I applied the update wrong. Didn't want to argue, was happy it was ok now. Washer pump needed replacing, and I could take the car home next day. Next day came, pump replaced come and get it. Went to pick it up, and the car failed to crank again. Guess I did apply the update correctly. Another day with the loaner, and another day for them to figure out why this is happening. Is there anywhere you can find out what exactly was in the update that I applied?
