My Renegade has been down for a while. I put a new battery in it and it doesn't crank. I broke down and bought a code scanner and the only code it gives me is p0123. Does anybody know if the throttle position sensor is reading too high would that cause the PCM not to let the car start?
It seems like in most other cases the car will crank but maybe not start.
