So.....requested that my Renegade (bumper repair as well as clutch replacement) be moved from the current location (National Park CDJ) to my purchasing dealer (Everett CDJ).

Just talked to my adjuster, National Park service writer claims that Jeep is going to void my entire warranty if it is moved prior to the regional rep coming to check it out.

Not only is that a blatant lie, it is against the law to do so. @JeepCares if you were wondering why some people really hate dealerships, it's things like this.

Anyhow, so a regional rep is going to check out the clutch situation, but a service writer threatening me with that makes me want to go pick it up myself strictly on principle. That's weak sauce dude, weak sauce.

Feel free to discuss this, but if it gets ugly or unnecessary I'll have it closed.

Just so everyone has the same info as I do, @JeepCares Kori is doing an excellent job of helping me out with this issue. I knew and was expecting a phone call from the regional rep, but wasn't expecting a visit this quickly. It's fairly abnormal to get an in person visit prior to a call, from my prior dealership experience.

Anyhow, I'll update as we move along through the process and thanks again Kori for your diligent assistance through this fun process ?

Shadowshaggy hope everything works out to your advantage, i'm really curious as to what the regional rep says about the total failure of the bumper, and really about the weld seams. Good luck and keep us posted!!!!!!!!!!and lets not forget the clutch!!!!!!
Supposed to have a call this afternoon, so we shall see.

Well, ask your adjuster to put it in writing. If they think you are clueless, run with that and tell them you need it so you can prove to jeep that they are idiots that don't know what they are doing.

If they don't want to do that ask if they mind you putting them on speaker phone so you can record their official position as a representative of the dealer.

Just drag it out. They are acting like that because they might not get reimbursed for billable hours because they suck. SO just add on hours that they could never claim to FCA anyway answering BS questions about their BS that puts them and their dealership in legal jeopardy.
