Prices are in Euros, on page two of the PDF, starting from 19900. You can't convert these directly to US pricing because the Germany pricing includes VAT and other taxes.

Converted to US dollars that is $26,258. Isn't that a bit more pricey than what we were expecting? Will it actually cost that much in NA?

As I said, you simply cannot make such a conversion. The US prices are always lower. Go compare German market prices and US prices for models sold in both markets (such as a Mercedes-Benz E350), and you will see that German prices are always higher.
