The first thing I would check are the under-seat electrical connectors.

This was a problem on a few of the early Dodge Challengers and was fixed by affixing tie wrap(s) around the connector to keep it from coming loose.

This just happened to me today after the windshield guys moved the seat back to be able to drive it into to the shop. They checked the fuses and found none of them to be a problem. They kept it and will look at it in the morning.

What was the solution to your problem?

all functions quit working, i noted there at least 4 fuses to seat is it even possible to have all blown at one time ??

I installed a seat cover that involved threading some straps under the seat and the power functions stopped working. This was a problem as I had taken the head restraint off and I needed to move the seat to put it back on. I removed the straps from under the seat and it started working again. I have no idea what happened but I'm not messing with anything under the seat again. I hope you get your problem sorted out.
