whats a few weeks or a few months to you when it's something you'll have for years to come.
Because, while we are very confident this Jeep is going to be our next vehicle, we aren't sold yet. Who would ever commit fully to a purchase of this size without hands-on experience? The longer the wait, the more frustrating it would be if it turns out to be a letdown knowing that you could have gotten something else much sooner.

Agreed. Im hoping my current jeep last until the renegade comes out. Itll be very dissapointing if it does not meet my needs after waiting this long n driving a jeep held togther by rust n duct tape when I couldve bought something else

What condition is your jeep in, it can't be that bad that it won't be able to hold up till the renegade is here.

You got me beat, my 2000 Chevy Impala 3.8L engine only has the dreaded intake manifold coolant leak. I put K-Seal in the radiator and it slowed down the loss of coolant but I'm still getting traces of coolant in the oil and exhaust, but I monitor weekly and it has slowed down, the K-Seal seems to be working. The Lucas synthetic oil stabilizer goes in this weekend. Saves on a $1500 repair that I would rather save for the Renegade.

Gee, what people will do to hold out for the Renegade

I recently graduated college, so my current xj was a college beater. I was planning on replacing it once I started working, job starts in 3 weeks so time for me to treat myself lol
