Is Jeep hitting who they want with the Renegade, what kind of audience are they in store for? Lets hear....

28, I'm in Advertising.

Feel free too add whatever other information you want...

I'm 48, and am a graphic designer. But I'm also a repeat customer, as a former Wrangler owner for nine years.
I'm 67, female, still working, former owner of Cherokee Laredo and current owner of Wrangler Sahara.I'm very anxious to see the Renegade.
48 and in IT

I think my target Jeep vehicle would be the Cherokee (if it were available with a manual). My interest in the Renegade is that it is one of the few SUV/CUV's that hopefully offer a manual. If, however, it is too stripped with the manual, I will move on to something else (Forester, CX-5).
I'm 29. I am going to buy one as a winter car.
I'm 43 retired military, now working in Data/Network Tech.

48 and Canadian. As to the above bolded, ditto.
65 retired in Ontario Canada but I still like to play in the snow.
47 civil servant. I've owned a Cherokee KJ (Liberty)
60, maintenance supervisor. Been a Jeep owner for years. I just like the looks of the Renegade and going to get a Trailhawk as soon as they go on sale.
60, self employed doing intellectual property work (patents and such). Like the Renegade design, size and on demand 4x4 mechanicals.
41.

I'll stick to my bet that regardless of advertising, it'll mostly sell to 40+ folks.
35, Business Analyst, Owned a 1999 XJ (Cherokee).

Scott
37, Project Manager (leaning a bit more toward the Cherokee now, unless the Renegade really provides something to change my mind).
25, small business owner. After watching the commercial spots and marketing promos it seems jeep is after my demographic. Young professionals seeking econo car with an adventurous spirit.
54, Grandmother, Still active in the co-ed boy scout program called Venturing. Professionally, I'm a leadership development trainer. Had my 03 Liberty since 2005. Looking for something smaller that I can still load my sea kayaks on, can still play in the snow, and that gets much better mileage. Looked at Encore, but I'm more of a Jeep kinda girl!!!
41, married, looking to buy second ever car. Current car is a FWD station wagon. I feel it is time for a higher ride height and 4x4 capability for snow and unpaved roads. It seems clear that this car will appeal to the older set, much like the second generation Scion XB. Not a bad thing. So while it will compete with the Kia Soul and Nissan Juke in terms of vehicle class, older buyers will flock to the Jeep.
