Hi Jasmine, I own a 2017 Renegade here at Ottawa Canada which I bought from the SouthBank Jeep dealership in Aug 2018. I have had issues starting the car periodically ever since I bought it. Having the same issues with some of the others here in this message thread. I had the dealership look at the issue 4 times previously and the vehicle is currently again with them as I write. The whole experience has left me very disappointed. Last Thursday, I was stuck outside late evening in freezing cold temperatures (around 20 F) for 2 hours as the car would not start and had to get the vehicle towed. The dealership had replaced parts and reprogrammed the setup, however the issue continues to persist. Not sure what they replace this time round. This seems to be a common issue with Jeep Renegade owners. Will you be able to provide some insight to me or the dealership what may be the cause of this problem and how to resolve it?
