So we've heard word that TFLCar.com would be doing something this week with the Renegade. Just this morning I found the following gallery on the site:

Yeah I'm with you on that.... Commando looked good in the rendered images, but in the actual photos it looks too glossy it seems.

I found this TFL article and pics this afternoon too! I'm SO excited. I cannot wait until the embargo is lifted and we get more details! If it doesn't make it's way to the midwest soon, I foresee a one way ticket to CA to get one and drive it home. They have a photo album on their Facebook page also, 17 pictures.

I get that this is saying no more info until friday. And I get that this is due to embargo, and I know what embargo means. But how does an embargo apply to this specific situation? Or which embargo I guess I should ask????:|

That's exactly what a review embargo is! Information is given to news sites and reviewers. This can include price, EPA estimates, or even just a test drive. Basically, journalists are told "What you see today is a secret until Friday." Or in this case, "These specific things are on embargo until Friday."


We have to wait and see.. we don't know what exactly will be shown, and this is just one source. For all we know, their impressions of a test drive are all that is on embargo, and besides that they could be as much in the dark as we are. But at least this is a short wait, and it's gotta be here soon!
