with their Jeep Renegade and/or problems with FCA dealer service.

Since there is a "Problem Free/ Positive Experience Thread" sticky, I'm going to ask that this thread be made a sticky also.
I feel that to have FAIR and HONEST reviews, we should be aware of the Negative/faults as well as the Positive.

I agree but be wary of the moderator who doesnt like negative threads. He locked my comment that i was told by the general manager of my jeep dealership to avoid buying the renegade because he believed they would not hold their value, etc. I posted it as a note to potential buyers (like myself) but he called me a troll and contended the dealer gm was basically a no nothing blowhard.

Ironically, the positive experience thread was created to have a fair and honest perspective to counter the entire sub-forum created to discuss problems.

Thanks for the Link to this, But, It should have been made a sticky, because I have NEVER seen this thread before now and that is why
I created a new thread. Maybe the Moderators should have made it a sticky instead of everyone posting in the general forums.

It's better than a sticky, it's an entire sub-forum that shows up under Jeep Renegade Forum > 2015+ Jeep Renegade Service Area > Jeep Renegade Problems & Solutions which is right on the forum front page listing.

As been mentioned by others here, there is really no need for this thread to be stickied #1 and no need for this thread to exist #2 .

You cannot compare a positive thread to a negative thread since the positive thread just deals with one topic. A negative thread will
1-have all issues/problems in one place which is not needed since the forums already have sub-sections dealing with certain parts of the vehicle and issues.
2-The thread will eventually be long and unmanageable. It will be a search nightmare for members having to go through pages to find a similar issue or solution.

Here is a tip.
If you have something to say about the staff or the way a decision was made by them it would not be advisable to publicly call them out on it (directly or indirectly) in the forums. Most likely they closed the thread due to a member reporting the post.

No, you can say YOU don't like something. What you can't say in one go is that your friend, who you say doesn't have many renegades in inventory and doesn't want to sell them said that he knows they are the biggest problem ever because reasons.

One is your personal opinion, which you are allowed to have as much as you want as long as you are polite (in my book anyway). The other is making an anonymous appeal to an informed and authoritative statement on behalf of the manufacturer form someone who might be regarded as officially representing FCA in some way while having no responsible party named. It is not acceptable, PERIOD.

That argument and statement without a named responsible party willing to back it up is DONE here. Period.

This thread is also getting locked as there is a WHOLE SUB FORUM for the purpose of this thread. Isolating issues into specific cases is more useful for searching and keeping track of an individuals issues. Especially if they are seeking help from others.
