Hey there.yeah, unfortunately I tried to jump the battery a couple days ago when the problem first arose, since I did initially think that was the problem. However, I wasn’t able to start the vehicle even during or after the jump, so I’m wondering now if the battery really is to blame. The car says that the battery is sitting at about 11-12 volts, and all the lights and peripherals are turning on just fine. I also removed the ground of the battery to try and “reset” the car, but that didn’t work either. Would I need to remove both terminals? I figured that breaking the circuit would be enough, but I could try and remove the positive terminal, too, to see if that does anything.
