Hi guys!

First time here. Didn't find any thread related to this.

I'm wondering I can replace the stock one. Does somebody have done it before?

This thread has a lot of information regarding the stock radio system. Technically it should be possible to replace but so many of the settings for the car are controlled through the stereo that it wouldn't be worth removing it.

In Europe some installed Alpine systems, like 928 R.

And a smaller unit (the man says that the lastic mask was custom made by their laboratory)

note: I found it the last week while searching for a navigation system for my father car.

Thanks for pointing out this topic. However Renegades sold in Brazil come with navigation system. What I'm looking for is to swap the entire system to a DVD player. The problem is to figure out how to program CAN interface to work together.
