We just picked up our new Renegade Limited on Friday and it seems to be missing the cargo floor, the book said it comes as standard, does it? Its item 12 on the attached picture.

We have contacted the dealership so waiting to hear, any one had the same issue?

(PS the dealership have been a nightmare from start to finish)

Thanks

Not sure that's right I'm afraid. I'm currently looking at the 2 page price list (02/15) for the UK Renegade and that shows the "Reversible and Height adjustable cargo floor" as an optional extra at £150. You can also get it as part of either the Function Pack 1 or 2 (£370 or £300 respectively)

(repeated from the other post, in case you miss the info!)

My Renny-Lat came with it, but I can't recall if it was listed as an option or not. I'll check my window-sticker (which I saved) when I get out of work later tonight and update.

That sucks. My dealer experience has been good so far. The only thing that went south was the spare-tire-kit situation. I honestly think they didn't know what to do with a customer requesting "I want a spare tire kit please", a few weeks after the vehicle was purchased and left the lot.

Adjustable Cargo Shelf

Or whatever its called.

Im sure I read on this forum on how to make one of these adjustable cargo shelf/floor which also stated the measurements required but I cannot find it.

Can anyone locate the thread. Thanks.

On my (UK) Trailhawk I wanted the regular sized spare tyre and a towing pack, as well as parking pack.
To get that lot they had to add "function pack 1".
So I got the 230v power outlet, electronically folding door mirrors, keyless entry and "reversible and height adjustable cargo floor". I also ended up with laneSense as well, little orange lights in the mirrors and a beep if someone is in blind spot.

The cargo floor is not exactly height adjustable as there is a bloody great tyre under it!

True. I removed my spare tire just to try the lower position of the cargo floor (it fits nicely). But that was temporary as I put my spare back in place before I drove anywhere.

I don't have a spare tyre. If you lift the cover up, the spare wheel goes under there. In mine there is a polystyrene tray with compartments. So the removable floor should not be affected by the spare wheel.

Put it in and boot floor is raised higher. Remove it and boot floor is lowered. You can reconfigure the height. Simple as that. What did anyone expect?

This is true . . if there is a spare tire (tyre) (standard in the Trailhawk) then it is not possible to drop the load floor down to its lower position. But seriously they can't sell a Renegade without a load floor. It comes on all in the US.

I think the diagram is called the Tonneau Cover that connects to the rear hatch, Items 1,2,3,4 and 5. Items #3 are the pull ropes that you connect to the hatch so when you lift the hatch the Tonneau cover swivels up as well. I think it`s more for privacy protection and a shelf that you can put stuff on behind the backseat. I just purchased my Renegade and i am going through the same thing. The total cost for all those parts is about 282.00. Im trying to have the dealer pay for half since i thought it came with it. BUT, now that im looking more at my hatch there are no connectors on my hatch for the ropes to attach to. AND the ears on the back of the shelf have nothing to sit on (the dowels) in my Renegade. So im thinking this is something the dealer parts guy might even have a hard time ordering unless he has 2 Renegades side by side and can order exactly whats on the one thats equipped.

The rear parcel shelf is standard on all UK models. As far as I am aware, this is not standard on USA models. This is different to the reconfigurable floor.

I'm surprised any Renegade is sold without both the load floor and parcel shelf. Mine came with the load floor, but no cargo shelf (not a ptoblem for me, as I've already removed the rear seats and will be making a full-length load floor--but I think most people would want both).

My limited has a cargo floor, what does it look like without it? There should be something there..

Just bought a 2018 Trailhawk. Had the parts guy print out a "Build Sheet" and...it lists a "Reversible Height Adjust Load Floor".....as standard equipment. All I have is a fuzzy covered black composite board over the spare tire. What's missing? I can't find anything in the owner's manual (yeah the thick one) And for some reason I can't find a good pic on-line.....or I just don't know what I'm looking for. How disheartening being a Jeep Guy......CJ-2As are so much simpler.....sigh.
