I'm interested in a couple Rocky Road products: rock rails, bumper and skid plate.
Based on what I see here, it all seems good.
Based on the reviews I read on other sites, the customer service & mistakes seem concerning.

Has anyone here had any issues that caused you to second guess going with them or their products?

No problems with my slider order. Took about 4 weeks or less. Shipping is a ton, but these rails do weigh almost 95lbs ?? install is a chore, but rewarding once you're done!

Good products, but long wait time for delivery ,customer service sucks. Waited almost 8 weeks for my sliders and just got the runaround ,blowing off or not returning my emails,so I cancelled my order.
Daystar has their rock sliders in stock with dealers all over the internet now,Just ordered a set from Amazon that will be delivered Thursday ... That will take less than a week ...RRO needs to get off their asses or hire more help!!

Has anyone figured out if the bar will fit a non TH without a ton of modification? I'm looking for a good bullbar with a light bar attached for my ride, not a fan of the daystar from photos, Vendetta says they only fit 2015, not 2016, and RRO is only for TH...

I would love to get a winch bumper like that one. It does not stick way out the front like the Daystar winch bumper.
