Safe Tire/Wheel Cleaner for Gloss Black Wheels

I just picked up a 2016 Jeep Renegade Justice Edition which came with Gloss Black Wheels. This is the newest vehicle I have ever owned and I want to keep it looking nice. Since I have never bought cleaning products before for any of my vehicles, I'm curious what you guys would recommend for Tire and Wheel Cleaner for Gloss Black Wheels. I don't just want to buy any cleaner off the shelf without doing some research first. I've been looking at Meguiar's Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner, as it is for all wheels and seems to have good reviews on Amazon. As for the tires, what gives a good shine? Thanks in advance for the help!

Soap and water first, If very dirty than I use simple green to clean it. Than,
I found that Black Magic Tire wet foam in the red can works great for the tires and the wheels.
