They have been the worst dealership I have ever experienced. Even worse than the lot that was selling stolen cars and rolling back the miles. Sadly has painted the picture for me of all jeep dealers being like this and @JeepCares not really caring. Any one have good experiences with the dealership they used?

Sadly my negative view of the dealers and brand caused a friend to get a different brand of vehicle...worse they went with a prius, ok so I am jealous of the gas mileage they get. Although I am up to 18.8 mpg after a lot of highway driving today.

I'm in Utah as well. I used Larry H Miller in Riverdale, UT. The store in Sandy is pretty good as well. They've taken care of me for the most part. I still dislike dealerships though ;) Especially in Utah where the State has regulations that give big bias towards dealerships...

Thank you Sgt_Strife,
I will have to check them out and see about getting my service done with them. And glad to see you are in Utah also, means when I get my skid plate eventually can see about just meeting up for it :).

Yes the way Utah works with them is a pita. Defiantly do not like dealerships especially here.

So what trails are you enjoying in Utah, always looking for new places to play.

I do mainly city diving and I am always around 22mph to 24mph since purchase.

We will have to meet up sometime!

I hit up Moab the day or two after I bought my renegade, fun stuff down there of course. But locally I hit up "Five Mile Pass" in Utah county and "The B" in Bountiful.

Hi Pat,

I’m sorry to hear about your experience! If you would like to PM our page with more information I can document your concerns and send it to the appropriate department for internal review. Are you currently experiencing a concern with your vehicle? You can find another Jeep dealership in your area by entering your zip code here: http://www.jeep.com/en/find-dealer/. I’d be happy to assist in scheduling an appointment or following up with your service advisor for you if needed. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!

@Pat, I haven't dealt with anyone @JeepCares except Kori, sorry Andrea ?, and she has been most excellent to deal with. I've dealt with Consumer Affairs at Nissan, well I obviously don't have that anymore to put it politely.

Some dealers just suck, alreadt ran into a Jeep dealer that, with the area manager, managed to get a hold put on my warranty without so much as breaking a single bolt loose. Not only unreasonable, but against the law as well. I have made a formal request of Jeep to reprimand the dealer, not sure what will come of it, but that is no way to start a relationship with a new brand.

Anyhow, how you like it so far? Go hang out with @Sgt_Strife much and you'll have a blast lol.

Hi Everyone,

I got an update from our engineers today. The horn honk after locking the vehicle using the controls on the interior armrest is a normal feature of the vehicle. It is a security measure that all Renegades were equipped with off the production line. The latest software update included this feature to ensure all vehicles had this security measure implemented which might be why some of you noticed it starting only after you had the update performed. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused and let me know if you have any additional questions!
