Generally in the Introduciton section people post a little more info of themselves, it may be a little presumptuous to assume 80% of the members here have any clue what your talking about. Most have never owned a Jeep.

So "See you in Silverton!", is that sort of like jumping from the Silverstone frying pan into the fire?

What is a Renegade Rally anyhow? Most people that drop by and post a website are generally considered spam so please fill us in otherwise the moderators may think this is just another daily spam post for them to delete.

I would love to go to this event as it is only a couple of hours from my house. I doubt I'll have renegade by then. =(

A rally in Silverton sounds like fun. The pictures of the area on RenegadeRally.com were enticing. I hope I have my Renegade by then, but if not I will probably come just to see the ones that do show up.

Big negatory on the spambot here. I'm the real deal. Walking, Talking, Trailhawk'n. I'm still waiting for my own Trailhawk to move out of the mysterious "vendor" hold that the first round of spec cars going to dealers are in. Luckily, I've even got a VIN already. One dealer rumored to me that there is a lot at the detroit fairgrounds just full of them waiting for further distribution, perhaps coordinated.

Anywho, I'm a big fan of the Silverton-Ouray-Telluride corridor and it's the perfect spot for the Renegade to sport it's chops, and a natural first place for a national get together. Pretty soon, the other hosts and I will be making some more posts and selecting dates etc. with plenty more information to follow.

Before I get too long winded, I didn't want to fill up the new member intros with that kind of info, so I posted it over in the general discussion. Take a look there or on the website for more details coming soon.

Now that is awesome, glad to have you on the forum here.

When the time comes around for that event, hopefully you can rally up a good amount of members here to take part in it.
