Service electronic parking code C1429-86

I was driving and got the error to service my electronic parking brake, e brake still engages and disengages, i dont seem to have any issue, got it scanned and c1429-86 came up ( seatbelt information invalid ) my drivers side beeps when i dont wear my seatbelt however i noticed that my passenger side doesnt beep ( it beeped before ) not sure where to look for, is there a sensor that sets off the seatbelt chime?

I did see this thread, however i dont have have the airbag or seat belt warning on, but we do share the same code
