Hi there.Same here. Battery disconnect for 10 minutes resolved the "Service Passive Key Entry System" caution on my 2018 Jeep Renegade. Dealer wanted the car for diagnostics, couldn't take it for another two weeks, told me once I dropped it off on a Wednesday morning, they likely wouldn't even call me back until the following Monday, because they had "so many cars in the diagnostic queue" ahead of me. They also sounded clueless about the problem when I stopped by to just get them to pull the maintenance alert codes for me before I left on a car trip (I wanted to make sure nothing more nefarious was going on, and they said they would do that for me). I am wildly under-impressed by the local Jeep Service department.
