Shut off heated seats and steering wheel

I have the cold weather group. I have noticed that when its cold the heated seats and steering wheel automatically come on. Is there a way to stop this from happening ? I can't see any menu in Uconnect to stop this.

From what I can gather, Uconnect is pretty buggy. The heated seat and wheel *usually* come on below 40 degrees, but there have been a couple of occasions in which they did not. And yesterday my back-up camera stopped showing the red/yellow/green guides - but just for that one trip. Now they're back today. Not to mention the arbitrary Bluetooth connection.
