Hello all,

Hope you've all been enjoying a relaxing Christmas.

I had a letter come through quite a few weeks ago now on Jeep headed paper, but with the address of my dealership, inviting me to pop in for a six-month courtesy check on my Renegade to check how things are going.

I've called and booked for next Wednesday. The receptionist said that it would take 30 minutes, but they've booked me a three-hour slot as they'll be investigating some other issues for me (jerky clutch/transmission and atrocious MPG).

Anyway, I just wondered if this is a Jeep-wide initiative in the UK, or whether it's just a service being provided by my dealership.

Whatever it is, I think it's positive :)

Yes, that is very positive. I have had my Trailhawk for nearly nine months and have not heard one thing from Jeep or my dealer.
