Any one know a cheaper place to get skid plates? The dealer told me $190 for the front and the gas tank skid is 2 pieces so I did not event get a price.

I can't be leave there is nothing over the plastic gas tank.

If you happen to get them you can check places like bamwholesaleparts.com and other mopar dealers and typically find very aggressive pricing. So much even that I couldn't get the dealer to match a price, and it was suggested to me that I order the parts and bring them in to have installed.

I haven't seen aftermarket plate sat all. I'm mainly interested in seeing what kind of weight savings aluminum would get you at what cost.

Its looking like they are at least considering releasing more than what is currently available which would be nice.

It would be great if they actually offered that trailer for sale, minus the stereo and TV system of course. Would be great for carrying luggage since the My Sky panels will not stow under the trunk floor. The trunk is already rather small. So having a trailer to haul luggage would be rather nice.

I agree. None of the TV/speaker stuff. While its understandable that any manufacturer would showcase nicer versions of their models and even add concept ones at Auto shows, I still don't get the reason for that trailer. A TV/speaker trailer no less with a gas port? SMH

As for the topic at hand, I am still dumbfounded that after months being sold, there are only a handfull of accessories for the Renegade. But no Skid plates, interior trims, rear light protectors, wrinches etc.

I looked on Bam's site for a Trailhawk front bumper cover and was disapointed also to see that the Renegade is not listed there yet. I did notice on the Mopar site that they have two covers listed, one for around $150 and the other for $300 something. Does anyone with dealer conections know any trailhawk specific part numbers?
I'm planning on modifying my 1.4t Latitude into a "Trailitude" or "LatiHawk".

I think it's because the European ones don't have the tow hooks. And this was presented at the Geneva motor show.

If you take the part # from mopar's site and throw it in BAM it will come up and cheaper. I am a bit disappointed they haven't added the renegade but you can find the parts there.

Yea, still not having luck finding the actual skid plate on Mopar's site.

Most I've been able to locate so far is the stupid nut, that goes with the plate.
