We recently traded our 2009 Escape in on a commando Renegade Latitude 4x4. It wasn't an easy choice given my affinity for tried & true vehicles but I have to say that this little "booger" is a blast to drive. It handles great, has sufficient guts, feels solid, gets good mileage & is very unique. 1500 problem free miles and a lifetime bumper to bumper gives me a warm & fuzzy regardless of all the negativity. This is our 4th Jeep and (so far) I have been able to do 99% of work in my own driveway. I realize that modern gadgetry is going to change that, but unless the vehicle evaporates into thin air, we'll take it as it comes. EP/military was icing & not sure if we could have done better for $23k

Our '97 Cherokee & 2015 Latitude

Get Some Gunny!!!!!

I've got the Limited in Commando. I love the color (What Marine wouldn't)

I'm possibly going to add some Decals but haven't made up my mind yet. I know Invasion Stars aren't Marine Corps, but I have loved them since I was a kid.

I was in the Navy on Okinawa at Camp Hanson. I had some good times on the rock but was happy to rotate out of there.

I would not want a Renegade in Battleship gray, but I do like the Glacier Metallic!
