Sound system "audio system is unavailable"

Hey everyone, I havnt posted on here before but I figured this would be a good place to see if anyone else was having the same problem as i do. I have a 2017 renegade sport, with the 5.0 uconnect (not sure if it matters) but the problem I have is that every once in a while when I start my renegade it will pop up (it's random and not extremely frequent) in the dashboard with sound system unavailable, and then only half my speakers will not work. If I turn it off and leave it for a while it will fix itself usually, it sometimes it can stay on for a day or two. When I took it to the dealer for a different problem they told me the only only thing they could do would be to replace the whole radio unit and even then they weren't 100% sure it would fix it. I guess I just am getting tired of it happening and would like to know if I am the only one expitencing this and if anyone would have a solution. Any response is welcome and appreciated, thank you all.

Did you find a solution! ?! I now understand the frustration.... 😡
Kinda, I finally decided to take it in a couple months after the original post. For me it was just a wire that had frayed I believe and they end up just repairing the wire. Had no problems with it for a while but the other day, it came on again but has ceased to happen again and seemed like an isolated thing. The fix, assuming that yours has the same issue was too expensive, less than $300. They actually almost gave up on it and the last thing they decided to do# which I don't know why it wasn't the first, was to take the door panel off and actually look at the wires and speaker.
