Just wondering if any of you have noticed this as well...

I have the automatic AC/Heat option. When I have it manually set to the lowest or second lower blower setting and I have it set to floor mode I will get some squeaking once the temperature comes up and levels off. Its fine when the car is cold, but once the temperature starts to stabilize then I get a constant faint squeak/chirping noise... If I turn the blower speed up higher it goes away.

bring it up to the dealer. I've had this happen with other vehicles, and it comes down to the blower motor having bad bearings/being unbalanced/being otherwise broken.

I dont use the blower motor on low.. just max or off, I just set the temperature to what I want and once it hits the desired level it goes off. I'll see if my blower motor has the same noises

Hi omniphil,

Sorry to hear about this! If you decide to visit your local dealership I'd be happy to follow up with them for you if needed. Just PM our page with your VIN and let me know.

I’m having this same issue with my brand new 2020 Latitude, only 4k miles on it. Did you end up taking it to the dealer?

The original post is over 4 years old and the OP only has 17 posts, so I wouldn't expect a response from them. Hopefully someone else has had the same issue and will assist you !
