Pretty much all FPT engines (especially the turbos) need synthetic oil now.

They were probably told to fit "original spec" batteries to use up stock!

Mine deactivated until reactivated.
But I think the more recent ones all turn it back on.
Not really an issue with the PHEV any more.

It was the same with the RangeRover. I just got used to pressing the button. Like I now have to do with the damn Lane Assist on the Compass.

New Lane Assist is extremely intrusive. It grabs the wheel at every opportunity. And resets to on/most aggressive intervention setting every time you press Start.

She needs the new Level II autonomous version: Steers you between the lines. I did not pay the extra €250 for that particular option.

There are sensitivity settings through the Uconnect 4C NAV on my U.S.-version 2021 Trailhawk; or the entire LaneSense nonsense can be disabled (permanently) by pressing the button at the red arrow -- amber indicator light shows that it's disabled:
On the new UConnect, in the 2022 Compass, this gets reactivated and all settings switch back to default/most aggressive ones each time you start the car.

AND you have to press the button twice to deactivate it.
