I can't be the only one who's itching for a bit of bump in the "trunk". I'd love to know what other's plans are for a sub addition.

I'm planing to go small, a single 10" or 12", to keep as much utility as possible. Hoping to hide the amp, and put a handle on the box, with banana plug speaker wires, so i can quickly pull it out when I need the space.

My concern, though, is the box being in the way of putting the MySky panels underneath for storage. Anyone thought of a way around this? The only thing I've thought of is a fiberglass box where the spare tire goes, assuming someone makes a mount to put the spare on the back like a wrangler. I guess the spare could always go in the roof basket, as well.

Also, I'd like to find a high-output alternator. Any idea where I should start looking, and what might be compatible?

I don't know much about the dimensions on the MySky panels, but I bet they might be able to work in the same spot that the tonneau cover is supposed to. or if you had the tonneau cover maybe they could sit on top if they were secured somehow. There is a picture somewhere on the internet showing the tonneau cover in place, but I can't seem to find it now.

Yeah, I guess you could screw the MySky bag directly to the top of the tonneau cover, which would free up the space under the load floor for amps, crossovers, eq, capacitors, or whatever else. I do worry about all the loose panels vibrating from the bass, though. Thanks, guys!

Cargo Cover comes with the Limited as standard ... we don´t have to order it extra ... don´t see any part number sorry
So I have a Limited and did not get a Cargo Cover. So I went to Jeep.com to see if I was supposed to get one. Apparently I am not supposed to get one. that might be different for the EU market. But, I realized that I did not get floormats that I am supposed to have. I will be contacting the dealer about that.

i have been thinking of ideas on where to put a sub in the car too. i don't have the problem with the mysky panels but i have say that if you put the sub in the spare wheel well the air pressure a sub would make near those panels would probably rattle like crazy... and then drive you crazy. i have not had a lot of time to really start taking this car apart but i was thinking of taking off the side panels where the stock sub goes and seeing just how much room there is in there, may be able to fit an 8" sub in there.
and as for the alternator.. i was running 4000 watts of power 2 batteries 2 air compressors and lots of led lights in my old car which was a gen1 Xb on the stock alternator and it ran fine for years. it did eventually go bad but after 100k miles on the car. so i would not bother with it unless your going more all out than that. but if you did want one right now you would probably have to send it off to be rebuilt to be more powerful.
