Hello,4 months and 3 ignored calls later, the dealer has no record and denies the service advisor on the business card ever worked there.
I'll fix it myself right rather than dealing with the damage from bad dealer service with replacement part.

So, the passenger side visor doesn't want to go all the way back up and stay there. This just started today. As the picture shows, when I try to fold the visor all the way up to the roof, it won't stay.. leaving a gap between the visor and roof that's roughly 3 inches. My Jeeps mileage just hit 12,000 but unfortunately I don't have any kind of warranty.
What the best way to fix this issue? I'm a little OCD so this is going to get irritating..🤷🏼♀️
