My 2021 Owner's Manual shows that the F3 fuse (20A), behind the trim on the left side of the cargo compartment, protects the MySky sunroof. I assume it protects my Dual Pane Panoramic Sunroof also.

That's confirmed for previous model years on this web page, referring to that fuse as either "MY SKY" or "Electric sunroof":

Note that it says there's an additional 20A fuse in the control unit.

what additional 20A fuse in the control unit are you referring to?

I don't know -- that's just what I'm seeing on that web site -- to include the info about the additional fuse. I assume the "control unit" is at the switch in the overhead console, and it's another 20A fuse there somewhere for redundancy...
